All listings must be accurate and truthful. You may only list vehicles you have the legal right to sell. Fraudulent, misleading, or illegal listings will be removed and may result in account termination.

Users may not: post false or misleading information, engage in fraudulent activities, harass other users, attempt to circumvent our systems, or use the platform for any illegal purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

WARED is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the truth or accuracy of listings, the ability of sellers to sell items, or the ability of buyers to pay for items.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between users should be resolved directly between the parties. WARED may provide assistance but is not obligated to mediate or resolve disputes.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
